Job Description:
A company is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
(MEL) Performance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Reports performance against key performance indicators (KPI) and
other metrics
Conducts root cause analyses and develops action plans for
identified issues
Analyzes trends to recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in analytics or performance management
roles
Experience with USAID and/or Global Health stakeholders
preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited
college
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and business intelligence
tools
Strong knowledge of performance reporting methods and
techniques
