Job Description:
A company is looking for a Web3 Growth Hacker to drive customer
acquisition, retention, and engagement for their decentralized
compute platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive token holder growth
and user adoption
Design retention strategies to engage stakers and token holders
over time
Identify new channels and partnerships for user base expansion and
optimize growth tactics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles within
Web3 or blockchain environments
Proven track record of executing token-based campaigns and
community-driven growth tactics
Strong technical skills with experience in wallet integrations and
on-chain analytics
Deep understanding of Web3 community channels and dynamics in the
crypto ecosystem
