Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Specialist - QA to join their
State East team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a data culture and analyze site-level performance data
Review cases and provide feedback to appeals officers while
ensuring timely submissions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve
process discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional
experience
Ability to commit to a training schedule of 8am-5pm CST, Monday to
Friday
Technical writing and/or editing experience in a medical setting
preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical appeals preferred
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
