We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Rodgers Wade team. Do you have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction? Are you self-driven and able to efficiently direct, coordinate, and complete assigned projects? Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be proficient in using hand tools, reading blueprints, and handling materials. Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met Manage material handling and assembly processes Implement and enforce personal protective equipment guidelines Oversee order fulfillment and preventive maintenance tasks Coordinate shipping and receiving operations Operate forklifts and manage supply chain logistics Perform general repair and packaging duties Conduct inspections and installations as needed Assist with loading and unloading of materials Work with electrical specifications and engineering teams Process reimbursement requests and maintain accurate records Company Information: Some of the most sophisticated shopping environments in retail originate in Paris, Texas, at a busy plant on Third Street SW with origins stretching back to 1856.
