Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Applications Administrator
II to manage key IT tools and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Administers configuration, maintenance, deployment, and
troubleshooting of IT applications
Participates in application updates, including upgrades, patches,
and new releases
Identifies proactive solutions for application technology
requirements and collaborates with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent applicable
knowledge
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, .Net, or
C++
Experience with SaaS systems or software administration in the
healthcare domain
Preferred Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
