Job Description:

Internal Medicine Physician - Frisco, TX (New Grad's Accepted)

Job Type: Full Time

Shifts: Days (Monday 8am - Friday 5pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Conduct health coaching sessions to educate and empower patients in managing their health
Utilize data management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge plans for patients transitioning from hospital to home or other care settings Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Valid, Current and Unrestricted State TX license and DEA license. Benefits:
