Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Nursing Quality to
lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive
nursing quality strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and align a comprehensive nursing quality strategy while
fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Oversee the implementation of nursing quality measurement,
reporting, and governance infrastructure
Lead enterprise and regional nursing performance improvement
initiatives across the continuum of care
Required Qualifications and Education
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted license
Master's degree in nursing or a related field (Doctorate
preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing,
quality improvement, and strategic planning
Expertise in system-wide quality improvement and evidence-based
quality improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of quality improvement tools and methodologies
such as PDSA and LEAN
