Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member of Compliance, TPRM to lead
and support the review and assessment of third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the assessment process for third parties and fourth parties
to the organization
Create and manage policies and procedures related to Third Party
Risk Management and Vendor Management programs
Collaborate with various teams to document risk mitigation measures
associated with third parties
Required Qualifications:
Direct third-party risk management experience at a financial
institution
Expertise in TPRM, understanding risks and services offered by
third parties
Experience collaborating with external resources and
cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills to assess due diligence information and
its broader implications
Creative and curious approach to work with a focus on detail and
execution
