The Vice President of Sales will spearhead our client's sales strategy across North America. This executive role requires an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of IT services, capable of driving revenue growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of enterprise technologies and a strong track record of success in sales leadership.

    Focus:

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across North America.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and strategically target key accounts to expand market reach.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and client success efforts.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, requiring travel up to 60%.

      Skill Set:

      • At least 10 years of sales experience in IT services, with a strong focus on the North American market.
      • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
      • Familiarity with enterprise applications, particularly with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, or Testing as a Service, is highly desirable.
      • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
