We're looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage the installation of our products and services. JOBSITE LOCATION: Paris, Texas STARTING PAYRATE: Rodgers Wade has an effective method for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this skill is: $60k - $74k per year (negotiable depending on experience) Some of the most sophisticated shopping environments in retail originate in Paris, Texas, at a busy plant on Third Street SW with origins stretching back to 1856. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews plans, specifications and sites as necessary, develops work plans and reviews those plans with the field leads and crews Reviews work order packets for completeness and understanding, annotates those plans as necessary prior to distribution to the field crews Works with sales, design, project management, project coordinators/sales assistants in the analysis, estimating and planning of installations Provides detailed installation estimates as required, including total hours, direct job costs and fixed quotes BENEFITS OFFERED INCLUDE : Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, Life Insurance and more!
