Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations - Billing
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle de-escalation, investigation, and resolution of customer
inquiries related to billing
Analyze root causes of customer requests for financial restitution
in collaboration with the Customer Operations Analyst
Document new processes and assist in special operations projects to
improve performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer solution
environment or related fields
2+ years of experience in billing/invoicing issues with direct
customer interaction
Experience managing data within Microsoft Excel or Google
Sheets
Ability to balance customer needs with procedural integrity
Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution
